The phenomenon of the rubber bracelets started with Lance Armstrong coming up with a support for cancer. The "Livestrong" bracelets were a huge success in helping raise funds for awareness of cancer. In the interim the "Livestrong" bracelets started a fad that everybody, young and old, loves to wear.
